The order of service is in A5 booklet format. The easiest one to read in electronic form is the one side per page version. You can print this, but you will get one A5 page on each A4 page. If you want to print a nicer copy out, you may prefer the two sides per page version. (This has 2 A5 pages on one A4 page). To print this version you need to do the following:
If you have a double-sided printer, print with the following options set in Acrobat Reader when you go File.. Print
Double-sided
Bind along short side
Auto-rotate and center pages.
If you do not have a double sided printer:
In Acrobat Reader, go File.. Print
Select the option to "Auto-rotate and center pages."
Print the odd pages out.
Take the stack of paper and place it back in the printer / on the manual feed tray, so the next print run will print on the other side.
Print the even pages in reverse order.
If you take the result and fold the lot in the middle, you should get a booklet :-). If you have the right sort of stapler, you can even staple it together.
